About Me

My background

At All Souls Healthcare, we believe that healthy feet are the foundation of a healthy life. Founded by Gailya Go, a Family Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, esthetician, wife, and mom, All Souls Healthcare provides professional, compassionate mobile foot care services for individuals who need extra support—especially older adults, home-bound patients, and those managing chronic conditions.

With over 30 years of nursing experience, Gailya started All Souls Healthcare in 2021 to serve patients in a more personal, meaningful way. After completing podiatrist-led training in routine foot care—and with hands-on experience in minor procedures like ingrown nail and wart care—Gailya now focuses exclusively on routine foot care, helping clients stay mobile, comfortable, and confident.

If you're helping care for an aging parent or loved one, we’re here to make that journey a little easier by providing expert foot care right in the comfort of their home. Routine foot care supports dignity, prevents complications, and improves overall quality of life.

Gailya is currently working toward certification as a Foot Care Nurse Specialist and brings a warm, respectful, and skilled approach to every visit.

Serving Fort Wayne with mobile foot care services.
Your feet do a lot for you—let us help take care of them.

How I got started

I became a RN in 1991,  esthetician in 2002, and an advanced practice nurse in 2018.  I have had the privilege of caring for patients from a variety of backgrounds.  One thing we all have in common, if our feet are neglected, it can seriously affect one's health and well-being.

What is a Foot Care Nurse?

Foot care nurses are specially trained healthcare professionals who focus on keeping feet healthy, especially for those who may struggle with foot issues due to age, medical conditions, or mobility limitations. Foot Care Nurses assess and treat a variety of foot and nail problems, like trimming thick nails, treating corns and calluses, and managing minor foot-related concerns. In addition, foot care nurses will perform shoe evaluations, gait assessment, and education regarding foot health. Their care can prevent more serious issues, especially for people with diabetes, poor circulation, or other health concerns. Foot care nurses not only provide treatment but also educate people on maintaining foot health to improve comfort and mobility.
